My name is Chris Pritchett, and I’m proud to be born and raised in Indiana and a graduate of Lake Central High School. Construction has been part of my life since graduation, and remodeling quickly became more than just a job, it became a true passion. As a military family, my wife’s service took us to different places over the years, giving me the opportunity to take on a wide range of projects and grow my skills in the construction industry. No matter where life took us, I always knew I wanted to bring everything I learned back home.

Three years ago, I started Lakeshore Custom Remodeling, which has since grown into LCR Basements. As a family-owned business, we believe in hard work, honesty, and treating every home like it’s our own. I’m incredibly proud to serve my hometown by helping families create beautiful, functional spaces where they can grow, gather, and build lasting memories.
